Ever wondered how service dogs form such an extraordinary bond with their human partners?
Hint: Their trainers did NOT start with “sit”, “stay”, etc. 🙂
Starting with these verbal commands that most people learn from $9.99 dog training books or Youtube videos is one of the BIGGEST mistakes in dog training...
The above workshop will reveal the secret training methods used by professionals who train service dogs, so that your dog too can become as incredibly well-behaved as a service dog.
The workshop will be conducted by Dr. Alexa Diaz, PhD (one of the most respected service dog trainers in the U.S.) and Eric Presnall (host of the Animal Planet TV show "Who Let the Dogs Out").
Note: This workshop is not about helping your dog become an officially certified service dog. Rather, this workshop will help "normal" dogs like yours become as calm and well-trained as a service dog.
Remember: This workshop won't be up for ever, so please watch it while you can. And please watch the entire workshop, because we have a special surprise for you at the end!
Why starting your dog’s training with “sit”, “stay”, etc. sets your dog up to FAIL
That’s because the science of animal behavior tells us that the best way to train dogs is by using body language and not verbal commands.
When dogs communicate with each other, they primarily use body language. They only use vocalization to make their body language more dramatic. It’s like when we humans put an exclamation point at the end of a sentence.
Dogs don’t understand English. So if we want to communicate with our dogs, we need to communicate with them using language THEY understand.
And the language they understand is body language.
Starting your dog’s training with verbal commands like “sit”, “stay” etc. is the #1 reason that a lot of “normal” dogs have behavioral issues like:
-
Barking
-
Having accidents in the house
-
Pulling on their leash
-
Not coming when called
-
Jumping on people
-
Not listening to you
-
Chasing after other animals
-
Chewing
-
Nipping or Biting
-
Food begging
-
Getting over-excited
-
Running away through the door, etc.
So if not “sit”, “stay” etc., what do service dog training pros actually use?
-
They use commands based on body language, and not verbal commands.
-
They use a principle from behavioral psychology called Operant Conditioning (don’t worry - it’s incredibly easy to learn this and we’ll show you how).
-
And, they use a specific 6-step process that’s usually only known to people in the service dog training industry.
How you too can train your dog to become as amazingly calm and obedient as a service dog
Based on research conducted at:
Our 10-week online masterclass is designed to finally reveal the 6-step process that service dog trainers follow to train service dogs.
It’s called the Total Transformation Masterclass, and if you follow this 6-step process, here’s how your dog will get transformed:
-
Their entire mindset will change to wanting to please YOU (just like service dogs).
-
They will be extraordinarily well behaved in public.
-
They will listen to you - even at a distance.
-
They will look to you for directions at all times.
-
They will be entirely focused on you during your walks by constantly making eye contact with you.
-
They will remain calm and well-behaved in the presence of extremely high levels of distractions.
-
They will listen to you even without treats.
-
Their current behavioral problems (like barking, housebreaking accidents, pulling on their leash, not coming when called, jumping, etc.) will be a thing of the past.
The Lite version is the same as the Full version except that it doesn't include conference calls with our trainers.
Who will be conducting this online masterclass?
Dr. Alexa Diaz, PhD
Alexa has a PhD in animal behavior.
She has more than 20 years of experience in training service dogs to assist people with physical and mental disabilities. She has also trained rescue dogs to become emotional support dogs for war veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
She has also published her research on animal behavior in several academic journals.
Eric Presnall
Before working with the K9 Training Institute, Eric was the host of the hit Animal Planet TV show "Who Let the Dogs Out".
The show went searching for the coolest and most well-trained dogs in the U.S. – skateboarding dogs, surfing dogs, service dogs, etc.
His role was to judge the trainers in terms of how well their dogs were trained, while working with Hollywood stars who were also animal rights activists (like Betty White, Greg Kinnear, etc.)
Examples of how dogs were transformed because of the masterclass
Barking at the Door
Luigi used to bark like crazy whenever anyone knocked on the door (as you’ll see in the “Before” video). Then have a look at the “After” video to see how he now goes to his bed and stays there calmly when someone knocks on the door.
Jumping
Ike used to jump whenever his mom entered the house through the front door (as you’ll see in the “Before” video). Have a look at the “After” video to see how he now greets her calmly when she enters without jumping even once.
Barking at Other Dogs
Shocky used to go absolutely berserk and bark and lunge everytime he saw other dogs during his walks (as you’ll see in the “Before” video). Have a look at the “After” video to see how he now calmly walks past other dogs with barely even a glance at them.
Pulling on Leash
Hazel used to constantly pull on her leash while walking (as you’ll see in the “Before” video). Have a look at the “After” video to see how she now walks loosely on her leash without pulling even once.
Walking with Carlo (our German Shepherd puppy) has become so much more enjoyable now because of your masterclass! Instead of constantly pulling on his leash like he used to, he now always walks at our side.
And instead of trying to run away everytime we open the front door (and almost getting run over by a car once because of this), he now sits patiently in front of the door even without a leash on until I give him permission to go out.
He has become so well-trained and seems to almost behave like a service dog now!

ANY regular dog owner can achieve this kind of transformation…
you don’t need a degree in animal behavior 🙂
While the methods we will teach in the masterclass are usually known only by pros working in the service dog training industry, none of them are difficult to learn.
Any dog owner - even if they’ve never trained dogs in the past - can use these methods to completely transform their relationship with their dogs.
And even if you’ve already taught your dog mainly using verbal commands like “sit”, “stay”, etc., don’t worry - your dog will be able to quickly unlearn their previous training and master the new one.
All you need to do is to spend around 10 - 15 minutes every day training your dog.
Here’s an interview with one of our previous attendees:
I have been telling every person I know with a dog to be using this program because of the results that I got... She is a completely changed dog... Whenever somebody comes, instead of barking... she goes on her bed and she waits for me. And when I take her for a walk, instead of pulling like a mad woman, she is looking at me all the time for attention, for cues, and to see what to do. She is a joy to walk with.

You’ll start by training your dog to focus all their attention on YOU
Have you noticed how highly trained dogs maintain constant eye contact with their handlers?
Most people think that this only happens because the dog has undergone years of specialized training and bonding with their handler… but that’s not true.
The reason they can do this is that they have been trained on the 2 foundational commands that ALL service dogs are trained on: WATCH and TOUCH.
Getting your dog to learn these 2 commands doesn’t take years of training - a week or so is all that it takes.
These 2 commands are one of the main reasons that service dogs are so much calmer and more well-behaved than other dogs.
And that’s why you’ll begin the masterclass by using your body language to teach your dog these 2 commands, so that they start focusing all their attention on you.
Unfortunately, most regular dog owners don’t know about these 2 foundational commands, which is precisely why most regular dogs never get trained properly - after all, if the foundations of a building are weak, the building can never be stable!
Next, you’ll train your dog to focus on you even in the presence of distractions
It’s one thing to train your dog to focus on you inside a quiet room in your house.
It’s quite another to train them to maintain that focus when there are a huge number of distractions.
Service dog trainers use something called “setups” to train dogs to tune out all distractions, and that’s what you’ll do next during the masterclass.
I've been training Oscar for the last couple of weeks now using what I learned from your program about how to get him to remain calm when there are distractions. The change in him is almost unbelievable! When I take him out for a walk, he now ignores every other dog that we meet and maintains constant eye contact with me. And this was a dog who (before your program) used to get over-excited and bark like crazy at the sight of each and every animal!
Barbara Wilson
Oakland, California
Then, you’ll teach your dog to focus on you during your walks
Once your dog has learned how to tune out distractions, you’ll then train them to focus their entire attention on you during your walks.
So if your dog currently pulls on their leash while walking, they will now start walking loosely on their leash while constantly maintaining eye contact with you.
Or, if your dog currently barks at or tries to chase after other dogs during your walks, they will now not even glance at any other dog that they come across, simply because their attention will now be entirely focused on you.
Next, you’ll train your dog to focus on you regardless of location
This is precisely where the training of just about every “normal” dog completely falls apart.
Their owner would have spent dozens of hours training them to “sit” and “come” at home, but when they are taken to a crowded park, or to a friend’s home, or some other unfamiliar place, they become completely out of control and seem to forget all their training.
The owner keeps saying “SIT!” and the dog keeps acting as if they have no clue what she (the owner) is talking about. Or she keeps shouting “Rover, COME!” and the dog keeps playing deaf 🙂
The problem here is that the dog hasn’t been trained to transfer their training to new locations.
So you’ll implement the same techniques that service dog trainers use to transfer a dog’s training to unfamiliar locations.
Then, train your dog to calmly greet other dogs and people in public
When you come across other dogs and people in public, and you want your dog to interact with them, you’ll first use the WATCH and TOUCH commands to make sure that your dog is calm and focused on you.
Then, you’ll teach your dog a new command called “Say Hello” which tells your dog that they now have permission to calmly greet the other dog or person.
We had several problems with Lucy before we joined the masterclass. She used to have accidents in our house. And she would also be over-protective of me and would bark at any person that we met during our walks. After we implemented what we learned in your bonus housebreaking class, she hasn't had an accident in more than 5 months now. And instead of barking at other people, she looks to me for instructions regarding what to do, and when I tell her to say hello, she calmly goes and well... says hello to the person!

Next, teach your dog to do the Auto SIT
Auto SIT means that during your walks, your dog will be automatically programmed to sit as soon as you stop walking.
You won’t need to actually tell your dog to sit - they will just do it automatically (just like service dogs do).
This is really easy to do but is also an incredibly powerful way for you to control your dog during your walks.
And it will also potentially save their lives because they will also automatically stop and sit at curbs and wait for your permission to cross the road (instead of just wandering into oncoming traffic).
Last, train your dog to have the same level of impulse control as service dogs
If you tell a service dog to sit in a particular location, they will automatically stay in that position indefinitely until you give them permission to move.
You can leave them for hours at a time in that location, and they won’t move an inch.
That level of impulse control is what separates service dogs from “normal” dogs, and so you will round off your dog’s training by teaching them the same advanced impulse control techniques that are usually only known by service dog trainers.
Once again, these techniques are not difficult to teach - any regular dog owner can use these techniques once they know how.
Wow - having had dogs throughout my life, I thought I knew everything that there was to know about dog training. Clearly, I was wrong! 🙂 I had no idea that normal dogs could have the kind of impulse control that I've only seen service dogs have. Your masterclass has been a complete eye-opener for me. Buddy is so much better behaved than all my previous dogs had been.

Step-by-step solutions for solving any behavioral problem
Apart from training your dog to become as calm and well-behaved as a service dog, we are also going to fix any behavioral problems that your dog has right now.
Here are just a few examples of the most common behavioral problems that dogs tend to have and what you can expect to happen in each case after the masterclass:
If your dog currently... | After the masterclass, your dog will... |
---|---|
Accidentally poops or pees inside the house | Always, and without fail, do their business outside |
Barks whenever someone rings the doorbell or knocks on the door | Go to their bed quietly and stay there if there’s someone at the door |
Pulls on their leash | Walk loosely on their leash |
Often doesn’t come when called | Always comes when called |
Barks or lunges at other dogs during your walks | Completely ignore other dogs during your walks |
Jumps up on you or your visitors | Calmly greet people by sitting in front of them |
Nips or bites you or your kids | No longer nip or bite anyone |
Chews things like shoes, carpets, etc. | Only chew things that they are meant to (like chew toys) |
Begs for food when your family is eating | Stay quietly in their bed when you are eating |
Chases after other animals | Completely ignore other animals |
Growls or is aggressive if someone comes close to their food | No longer be possessive about their food |
Tries to run away whenever the front door is open | Sit patiently and leave the house only with your permission even if the front door is open |
Before I came across your website, I had tried to train my Yorkshire Terrier puppy for several weeks using what I learned by reading a couple of dog training books. Sadly, none of those seemed to work on her. She kept peeing inside, would constantly nip me, my wife and our kids, had started chewing our carpets, and would refuse to come to us in the dog park when we called her.
Frankly, I was at my wit's end!
When I came across your site, what I found so interesting is that the things you talk about seem so different from everyone else. Your institute is the only one that I've seen that talks of how to train normal dogs to behave like service dogs, and why it is so important to give your dog a job to do. Whereas everyone else talks of the same standard "sit", "stay", "fetch" etc.
After having gone through the 10 week course, I can honestly say that your total transformation masterclass is one of the few products that actually lives up to its name! Molly is now almost a new dog - she is completely housebroken, always comes to us whenever we call her and her chewing and nipping habits have all stopped now. Thank you so much for all you've done for our family.

10 - 15 minutes of training every day is all it takes
While the methods taught in the masterclass are extremely powerful and yet easy to use, before you enroll for it, we want to make sure that this program is right for you.
Obviously, your dog is not going to magically transform itself overnight and become as well-behaved as a service dog. 🙂
So this WILL require some work from you. You’ll need to spend 10 - 15 minutes every day training your dog and it will take 1-2 weeks for you to see significant improvements in your dog’s behavior.
If you don’t think you can commit 10 - 15 minutes every day, then we respectfully ask that you not join this program as you won’t benefit from it.
But if you can spend that time, and if you are as committed to transforming your relationship with your dog as we are, then we’d love to have you enroll for the program right away.
Much cheaper than hiring a service dog trainer
Service dog trainers are unfortunately quite expensive - they usually charge around $200 per hour. This is because they are in high demand and there’s only a limited number of them.
So if you were to hire a service dog trainer for a couple of hours a week for 10 weeks for your dog, you’d be looking at spending around $4000.
The other problem with hiring a trainer is that they are going to train your dog and leave. They won’t teach you what they know.
So if your dog needed more training later, or if you were to adopt another dog in the future, you’d need to hire a trainer again and spend even more money.
Our masterclass basically helps your dog become as calm and well-behaved as a service dog, but the good news is that you don’t need to pay $4000 (or even $2000) to get those results.
The regular cost of the masterclass is a much more affordable $697.

Help us support rescue shelters and other charities
The K9 Training Institute’s mission is to make the world a better place by reducing the number of dogs that are given up to shelters and then put down every year.
That’s why we donate a % of our earnings from this site to rescue shelters, animal welfare organizations like ASPCA and American Humane, and other charities.
So when you purchase the masterclass, you are not only going to be helping your own dog, but will also be giving other dogs a second chance at finding a new loving home and family.
Unconditional 90 Day Refund Policy
If you are still not sure whether the Total Transformation Masterclass will work for you and your dog, you can use our unconditional 3 month refund policy to try it out risk-free.
If, anytime within 90 days from your purchase, you decide that this program is not for you (for any reason at all), simply contact us using the Contact Us page on our site and ask for a refund, and we’ll refund your entire payment.
Thank you for issuing the refund so quickly. As I mentioned, the first 4 classes of the masterclass were great, but I have to travel for the next several weeks because of a family medical emergency and won’t be able to train my dog.
I plan on purchasing the masterclass again after I return home. Thank you again for all you’re doing for our furry friends!

Your dog will listen to you… even without treats
Let’s face it - any Tom, Dick or Mary with some bacon in their hands can train a dog to sit in less than 3 minutes. 🙂 No biggie.
There are 1000s of free Youtube videos which will show you how to do just that.
The real challenge though is to get your dog to:
-
maintain eye contact with you and not blink an eyelid when someone else’s dog starts barking or lunging towards your dog during one of your walks, or
-
sit calmly and remain sitting wherever you’ve asked them to sit in a crowded farmer’s market with the most yummy and smelly meals being prepared all around them, or
-
remain calmly in their bed even though a bunch of screaming kids may be running around your house near their bed.
THAT level of calmness, obedience and impulse control - something that only service dogs typically exhibit - is what this masterclass is designed to help you achieve with your dog.
And we will show you how to wean your dog away from treats so that they continue to remain calm and listen to you without any food bribes.
Here’s another interview with one of our previous attendees:
My experience with the masterclass was very impressive... Harley almost acts like a service dog now. He is less excitable, very calm and he really takes my leadership. It's not that he listens to me when he feels like it - he listens to me all the time now... He doesn't jump on me, doesn't jump on our guests, and he pays attention to ME on our walks instead of getting too excitable about other dogs and cats...

Frequently Asked Questions
The masterclass will work for your dog regardless of what breed it is.
Some dog owners who have a dog breed that is generally not considered suitable for being a service dog – breeds like Huskies or Pit Bulls – think that these techniques won’t work for them.
But that’s actually not the case. These techniques are rooted in scientific research on animal behavior and therefore, work for ALL dog breeds.
There is no time limit for this - you will have access to all the classes in the masterclass for as long as you want in the future and can complete them at your own pace.
The way the masterclass is structured is that you will get access to the first week's class, associated videos and the 3 bonus classes immediately after enrolling. After that, a new class and associated training videos are unlocked for you every week for the next 9 weeks.
Once the classes for all 10 weeks have been unlocked, you will have access to them indefinitely and can watch and re-watch them at any time.
The masterclass works equally well both for puppies and adult dogs. Puppies as young as 8 weeks and adult dogs as old as 13 years have been successfully trained using the masterclass.
Absolutely. In fact, making sure that rescue dogs get a second chance with a new family is one of the reasons why we created this masterclass.
It’s also why we donate a percentage of our income FROM this masterclass to rescue shelters and other charities.
Many of our previous participants actually have rescue dogs whom they have trained successfully using what they had learned from the masterclass.
You won’t benefit from the masterclass if you fall into one of these 2 categories:
a) You don’t have the time right now to spend around 10 - 15 minutes per day training your dog.
b) You are looking to have your dog become legally certified as a service dog. This program is not about certifying your dog to become a service dog - instead, it’s about how to get your dog to become as calm, obedient, and well-behaved as a service dog.
So if you fall into one of these 2 categories, it’s best that you don’t sign up for the masterclass.
And if you have already signed up, please contact us so that we can give you a refund.
No - this is an online masterclass, so you’ll be attending it from home.
Absolutely, it’s available worldwide. We actually have had participants from 42 different countries outside the U.S. (Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Singapore, Germany, Mexico, India, Israel, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, etc.)
The classes are not live classes - instead, the recorded classes are uploaded to our private members’ only website. This means that you can watch them at any time that is convenient for you.
The Q&A calls are live conference calls. If you can’t attend the live Q&A call for a particular week, but if you have any questions that you’d like us to answer, simply email your question to us and we’ll answer them during the Q&A call.
We'll upload a recording of the Q&A call, so you can listen to our answer to your question at your convenience.
Unfortunately, that’s not a service we provide at this time.
Our Total Transformation Masterclass is designed to help regular dog owners have dogs that are as well-behaved as service dogs, using the exact same training techniques that service dog trainers use.
However, we do not have any programs that will help your dog become a legally certified service dog.
Don’t worry - your dog can easily unlearn their previous training and master the new training that you’ll learn in the masterclass.
The masterclass has techniques designed to fix ALL the common behavioral problems that most dogs have - housebreaking issues, barking, pulling on leash, not coming when called, jumping, chewing, nipping or biting, aggression, and a lot more.
If your dog has a really uncommon problem that is not addressed in the masterclass, you can always ask our experts about it during our Q&A calls and they’ll tell you how to apply the techniques in the masterclass to solve that specific problem.
No, the masterclass will teach you how to wean your dog away from treats so that they continue to listen to you even without any food bribes. 🙂
